"Davina treated us well, but absolutely do not use State Farm for home insurance if you even want them to actually cover hail damage. Our neighborhood was hit by a hail storm last summer and State Farm has been completely irresponsible in the handling of our claim. The first inspection of our home's damage was done by a third part appraise State Farm sent. They found substantial damage to the siding and downspouts, but denied that there was hail damage to the roof or gutters. After a month of submitting further photos showing the roof/gutter damage and SF refusing to do a second inspection they finally agreed to send out a SF adjuster to do a second inspection. The inspector arrived 20 minutes late and would only call me "young lady" (even though I am a woman in my mid-30s and told him my name). He immediately said there was indeed gutter damage which the first inspection missed. He provided me with a State Farm brochure showing roof hail damage images in comparison to other forms of damage. When he finished his inspection he told be he was denying the roof hail damage, stating that our roof's damage was from blistering. I took out the pamphlet from SF that he had just given me and showed him the hail damage photos in it and then photos of my roofs damage the contractor had taken on the roof with him. The photos showed the same damage as the hail images in the SF brochure. I asked the adjuster multiple times to explain to me how my roofs images were different than the hail damage images in the brochure. He did not once answer this question but instead showed me photos of another home in another state that been hit by softball sized hail and saying "this is what hail damage looks like". I do not understand how he used this as justification for denying my roof claim when the photos he showed me were for softball sized hail hitting vinyl siding and my home has 1" sized hail on asphalt shingles. The adjuster then began saying there was no "collateral damage" on my home to justify that the roof damage was from hail. I asked him to look at the front side of my home that had hail marks every 5-6". He would not even come into the front yard to look at this. Instead he put his ladder in his truck and stood next to it and asked "everything good?", when I replied "no, I would like to you come look at the damage to the siding that the other appraiser said is heavy hail damage" he just got in his truck and left. My contractor and I could not believe how unprofessional he behaved. When I got my updated estimate of coverage from SF two days later, I saw that this adjuster had only ended up giving coverage for 50% of my gutters. I am appalled at the manner State Farm is choosing to treat us after 8 years of paying home insurance premiums and never making a claim before this. If you want to avoid paying years of premiums and then have half of your claim denied without a reason, steer clear of State Farm."

"State Farm isn’t worth the headache. I dealt with a loss in my job, a death in my family, a divorce, the purchase of a new home, a disabled mother with a broken back, I am the only one out of three of my mothers children who help her daily, going through the frustration of moving, kids starting school; one starting in kindergarten and the other starting middle school as a single mother & no help that’s enough for any person. I transferred from tony hoglunds office in Champlin, thinking I would be treated better as a minority women dealing with another minority women lol yup I pretty much missed that mark 🤦🏽‍♀️ there’s no dignity in my community and it’s seems to show more than not. Instead she was rude, talked over me, her mannerisms and actions were as if I was trying to get over on her when I was only trying to making a payment. She kept rushing me off the phone while I was making the payment;To the tune of; “ if my payment didn’t go through she had to get off the phone Immediately as she had to call another customer back-(she actually said that to me. My thought: no consumer is more important than the next consumer and especially when your already on the phone with the a consumer taking a payment )All the while trying to make the payment I forgot that I blocked State Farm from access to my account. State Farm kept taking payments directly out of my account with out MY PERMISSION (they get paid commission, so a double payment or a few payments per month here and there is perfect to an insurance agent budgeting & working on commission -franchise or not) State Farm would just take payments with out notice, with out my consent like I previously mentioned & after asking State Farm more than 5 times to stop, they blatantly ignored my requests, I blocked them from my bank account & didn’t realize that meant I couldn’t make payments on that card or from that specific bank acct. so I used a different card to pay my monthly payment -not a problem but to act as if I am bothering you to take a payment, honey that’s what you get paid to do & the profession you choose not me. I felt dealing with my own culture would make the transition easier but it wasn’t & I was getting less the service dealing with her. That’s exactly what happens in my community we can’t give each other business, without the person who runs the business acting high & mighty. Seems this only happens in our community more than not. Other cultures are far more in tune with one another & respectful toward one another in all honesty. There is plenty of room for improvement. Her admin Lori would email me & email me about a payment I already made & then couldn’t answer any questions, yet they have my home owners policy & have no problem with that because it gives them business & it comes directly out of my mortgage which luckily for me they cannot change or fluctuate on the amount monthly. Welp, they cancelled my auto policy with out notifying me, & I didn’t realize it for at least 3 months later when shopping for a new policy…they could care less about me, my children or my vehicle but love that they have my home owners policy which is attached to my mortgage. Not for long. There is nothing & I mean nothing I can say great about This company. Nothing. They have a great lack of respect & lack of consistency, a lack of professionalism & lack of treating customers like they are paying for the service not State Farm. They said they set my policy to reflect my hardship but my hard ship didn’t change the consistent emails from Lori asking me for money. Anyone in a hard ship; is NOT paying anything above their mortgage if they don’t have it. A roof over my head comes first -Yes that’s right I said it. My mortgage matters more than anything else that’s going on. We all have hardships & I hope when MS. Davina & Lori fall on hard times they keep that same energy. I am not your home girl. I am a customer get some respect about yourself, everybody of color isn’t your friend & every person of color doesn’t come from the hood 😮‍💨"

"RUN RUN RUN RUN far away from this agent. I've had auto and home insurance with her for over 3 years! Today she lost an $8000 account from me and my family for her UNPROFESSIONALISM. Too bad. She refused to answer reasonable questions, and continuously interrupting me during our phone conversation and she hung up on a me, a client, as well. There are plenty of other agents out there to choose from, I suggest from my personal experience to find somewhere else to go."

"We have had State Farm insurance over 3 years with Davina Baldwin and her team. We have now cancelled due to how incredibly rude DAVINA BALDWIN herself was to me on the phone. She refused to answer questions that were asked and she continued to be insulting with continuous interruptions from her. Her unprofessionalism of hanging up on a client was incredibly disrespectful. If you see this place or agent in your area RUN! there are other and more professional agents to choose from."

"I will never recommend this office to anyone. I was only with them less than a month and did not have a good experience. Jarrod gave me wrong information a few times and i had to suffer from his mistakes. I spoke with davina about Jarrod and the situations. She told me i was talking in circles and she was annoyed. Davina just wanted to get me off the line with out a care of my situation. I do not want to spend my hard earned money with this business with no customer service. I am fine taking my business elsewhere and i am sure they are too."
